GIVE LIKE DOLLY DAY!
What is on your To Do list today?

Today, we’re giving a little extra love to something very special in Fayette County — the Dolly Parton Imagination Library!

Dolly believed that every child should have the opportunity to dream, learn and grow — and through the Imagination Library, children right here in our community receive a FREE book every month from birth through age 5.

We recently celebrated some of our Dolly Parton Imagination Library graduates! When a child reaches the age of 5, they graduate from the program. We are fortunate here in Fayette County that at age 5, they can receive a Library Card, so they can continue the habit of reading.
Here are few photos! Yes, they made graduation caps!

Tomorrow is Give Like Dolly Day!

A child begins recognizing words, learning language, developing imagination, and building a love of reading.

All because Dolly wanted all children to have the opportunity her father never had as a child - to learn to read!
