If you live or work in Cape May County and have a steady income but haven't been able to break into the traditional housing market, it's worth finding out if you qualify.

Our program is built for our local workforce and your monthly mortgage payments will be set based on your monthly income.

Thank you to the Retired Educators Association of Cape May County for the invitation to be part of their conference last week.

Kathy represented Habitat Cape May at the event and had some really amazing conversations. Every conversation was a reminder of something we already know but never tire of hearing: people in Cape May County care deeply about these issues.

So many educators who work in our community can't afford to live there. That's why workforce housing is so important.
