Youth in Motion Tonight!! Get registered this morning ☀

Help your kids safely and confidently start their fitness journey with our Youth In Motion program at the YMCA! 🏋️‍♂️💪

This 90-minute educational and interactive course is designed for ages 10–15. Participants will learn basic exercises, proper form, key muscle groups, gym safety, and appropriate gym etiquette.

Please note: Completion of this course is required for youth ages 10–15 to use the Wellness Center alongside an adult.
