⚾ NWAA Presents: T-Ball Tuesday! ⚾

NWAA is excited to introduce T-Ball Tuesday, a fun and beginner-friendly program designed to help young players learn the basics of baseball in a supportive environment!

👦👧 Ages: 4–6 years old
📅 Dates: May 19 – June 23, 2026
⚾ Total Games: 6
⏰ Game Length: 1 hour

This program focuses on introducing basic baseball skills through fun games and instruction led by parent volunteer coaches.

💲 Cost: $30 per player

👕 Uniforms:
Uniforms will not be provided. Each team will choose a color, and players can wear any t-shirt matching their team’s color.

This young gentleman appeared to be bored at 7am, and checked to make sure our doors are all locked. 🙄 Just a PSA for our neighbors to be on the lookout.

It is with very heavy hearts that we share this update with our Northwest Athletic Association family. Over the past several years, we’ve worked hard to keep local kids on the fields, but registrations for our leagues have fallen so drastically that it is no longer financially viable for us to continue participating in league play.

This is not a decision made lightly. Our board has looked at every option we could find, but expenses associated with league play simply cannot be covered with the number of players we have today. At this time, we are actively exploring alternative revenue streams so that we can keep the association and the park operating in some capacity, even as members of the board personally step up to cover essential park expenses during this transition.

We also want you to know that we are not giving up on this place or this community. The memories, friendships, and connections built here matter deeply, and they are the reason we are working so hard to find a sustainable path forward. As options develop, we will share updates and opportunities for families and volunteers to stay involved and help shape what comes next for the park and the association.

Folks,
Here is a prime example on why we can’t keep the driveway/road in tip top shape. This is an absolutely shame that we even have to fix the mess that others make.

Hey everyone — just a heads up. Someone decided to illegally dump a bunch of old metal chairs at the baseball park. Along with dumping the individual also caused some property damage by rutting the field up. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful, it’s also illegal and puts unnecessary strain on those who work hard to keep this place clean and safe for everyone.

We’ve got them on camera and a police report has been filed, but if anyone recognizes the individual from the camera footage or saw anything, feel free to message us directly.

🎉 Happy Birthday to the one and only Noah Counsell! 🎉

Today we celebrate our **Umpire in Chief (UIC)**, Field Crew MVP, Professional Tool Breaker, and the guy we all call when things go sideways (which is… most days).

Noah, thanks for keeping our games fair, our fields in shape, and our tool budget in the red. You’ve got more calls under your belt than a telemarketer, and you’ve broken more tools than a toddler with a toolbox. If there’s a problem, you’re the go-to guy—usually because you caused it, but hey, you always fix it too!

Hope your birthday is filled with laughter, good friends, and absolutely zero equipment malfunctions. But let’s be real—if something breaks today, we all know who to blame (and who’ll fix it).
