Would you consider helping us cover one month of rent?
Every month, the St. Vincent de Paul Tri Parish Community Pharmacy has the ongoing responsibility of covering the rent for our space at 201 Canal Street in Houma.
Rather than asking one person to carry the full burden, we’re inviting members of our community to help us cover one month of rent.
Our monthly rent is $1,275 and we’re asking individuals, organizations, and businesses to consider sponsoring all or part of one month.

This morning, Fr. Bruce, our Office Manager Mrs. Diane Melancon, and parishioner volunteer Mrs. Dorothy Montz presented the St. Vincent de Paul TriParish Community Pharmacy with a check for $5,000!

The pharmacy project aids clients who do not have Medicaid, veteran's benefits, or prescription insurance. These are individuals who must often choose whether to buy needed medicines or to buy food because they cannot afford both.

Pharmaceutical companies, physicians, hospitals and nursing homes donate medicine, but even with these sources, they are unable to fill all prescriptions. All donated funds are used to purchase additional medicine. The St. Vincent Thrift Store is their only source of income.

Thank you to everyone who generously supports our poor box each week. This is directly helping those in our area who are struggling. You are the hands and feet of Christ!
