Rotary Club of Houma-Terrebonne The Rotary Club of Houma-Terrebonne is a service-based and philanthropic community organization.

The Rotary Club of Houma-Terrebonne meets every Thursday at the Plantation Inn of Houma at 12pm, except the first Thursday of each month. Our club is comprised of business professionals who want to make a difference in our local and internationally community by promoting peace, goodwill, and service above self. Our Annual Installation of Officers Banquet was held this evening in celebration of the upcoming 2025–2026 Rotary year. Mary Bourg Chauvin was officially inducted as the club’s incoming President, along with her team of Officers. Together, they were challenged and inspired to lead with purpose under this year’s Rotary theme: “Unite for Good.”

Paul Labat was also recognized as this year’s Rotarian of the Year, and Ross Valure was winner of Program of the Year for his son, Brice’s, Yale Experience presentation.

At the end of the night, current President Alex Jenkins passed the gavel to incoming President Mary Chauvin, but not before the club recognized Alex for his outstanding service this year to the club.
