We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Houma Lions Club for their incredibly generous $10,000 donation to our fire department. This contribution will be used to help purchase new extrication equipment, replacing our old and outdated tools. These upgrades are critical in ensuring we can safely and effectively perform rescues and continue protecting our community. We are truly grateful for the Houma Lions Club’s continued support and dedication to public safety. Your generosity will make a lasting impact.

We had a good sewing session this past Saturday. We were able to finish most of our Christmas gowns. Three members of the Baton Rouge Chapter of American Sewing Guild joined us. They brought us a monetary donation along with fabric and sewing supplies. We are so grateful to this group for their generosity. Monique, Carol, Tammy and David also helped us sew our gowns. It was a great day.
