Gulfstream Services, Inc. was proud to support the 10th Annual Roux For A Reason Gumbo Cookoff this past weekend! 🍲

This incredible community event benefits the Terrebonne General | Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center and helps fund a comprehensive nutrition program that will place a full-time Registered Dietitian on staff—giving cancer patients free access to nutrition education and support before and during treatment. Because traditional insurance plans often don’t cover this type of care, many patients go without critical nutritional guidance until their treatment is already impacted.

By supporting Roux for a Reason, we’re helping ensure patients across the Bayou Region have the resources they need from the very beginning—so their bodies are stronger and better prepared to fight cancer.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s cookoff a success. Gulfstream Services is honored to stand alongside our community in support of such an important cause. 💙

GIS was honored to once again be a sponsor and participant in the Roux for a Reason cook-off! Our GIS Engineering and Business Optimization teams had an amazing time competing and supporting this incredible cause.

Proceeds from the event help fund a comprehensive nutrition program at Terrebonne General | Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center, ensuring every patient has FREE access to a full-time Registered Dietitian for essential nutrition education and support during their treatment.
