Making waves in Houghton for decades. 🌊

Did you know⁉️👇🏼

Back in 1953, the legendary Tommy Bartlett Water Ski Show brought professional skiers to the Portage Waterway, drawing crowds along the shoreline to watch incredible tricks and jumps.

More than 70 years later, we're proud to keep waterskiing alive at and around Michigan Tech.

Here's to honoring the past and creating the next generation of Keweenaw ski memories. 🖤💛

This summer, Halie, is spending her time working an internship in Florida and making the most of every opportunity off the clock. Between work and time on the water, she's meeting incredible skiers, building connections across the sport, and representing the Waterski & Wakeboard Club at Michigan Tech wherever she goes.

We're looking for creative minds to help shape the future look of the Waterski and Wakeboard Club at Michigan Tech equipment trailer.

As we get our trailer ready for the road, we'd love to see your ideas for a logo or graphic that captures the spirit of our club. Whether that's recreational, competitive, welcoming, adventurous, or all of the above.

Huge thank you to for donating this awesome trick ski to the team! 🌊 Thank you for supporting our team and all other collegiate waterski teams. This kind of support makes a real difference for our skiers and our season ahead. We can't wait to put it to use this season.
Safe to say it's alright been putting in some serious study hours around campus... Now we just need some time on the water.
got to try it out in the fall... Now just patiently waiting to use it again this fall! 🍂
