Yesterday we brought all the smiles as Ken led us in a wonderful tribute to Dolly Parton, celebrating August birthdays, and every single birthday in between!

From laughing together over classic Arkansas double names like "Betty Sue" to singing our hearts out to "9 to 5," the room was filled with warm memories and shared stories of our own working days. There is nothing quite like good music and great community to brighten the week!

The word of the day was fun and what fun we had! So wonderful to see our longtime friends (notice we didn't say "old") at Lake Forest. They were all smiles - singing, laughing and sharing stories. What is more fun than that!

Yesterday was a great day at The Blossoms at the Village. The residents did a great job singing, clapping and tapping to the beat, and even did some dancing! We loved hearing all the fun they had and, yes, we agree to coming back. Until next time!!
