SPARK Emerging Leaders Mission:
To attract and retain future leaders of the greater Hot Springs Area through networking, professional development, and community.

Vision:
To enhance the greater Hot Springs community by being a resource for future leaders and igniting change. Board of Directors:

Networking - Informal interaction with business community, attract and retain young talent, Emerging Leaders Spotlight. Professional Development - Monthly meetings, matching emerging leaders with non-profits, SPARK Insider Tours. Community- Civic participation through social events and philanthropic initiatives, promote participation of diverse groups, SPARK annual updates and appreciation publication.
