To attract and retain future leaders of the greater Hot Springs Area through networking, professional development, and community.

g - Informal interaction with business community, attract and retain young talent, Emerging Leaders Spotlight. Professional Development - Monthly meetings, matching emerging leaders with non-profits, SPARK Insider Tours. Community- Civic participation through social events and philanthropic initiatives, promote participation of diverse groups, SPARK annual updates and appreciation publication.
