Thank you to all the amazing people who came out to support Run Young and Free last weekend! We had a blast with you!

💪For the third year in a row, Richard Webb from Lake Hamilton Fitness and Athletics came out to get our kids warmed up to race! He always does such a great job getting them pumped up to do their best (and keep the injuries at bay).

👯‍♀️ Lakeside School's Sisters in Service showed up to help and were so good to our Anchored in Hope Respite kiddos. Thank you, girls! We love your hearts and great attitudes!

Run Young & Free is a yearly event and fundraiser that provides an opportunity to enhance the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of each individual while benefitting the community as a whole.

One of our favorite things about this race is how it serves to bring local businesses together with the communities they serve. In addition to a 5k, adults and kids will have a blast with games, food, music, & fun. We partner with local businesses and school districts to make this an event that truly brings the community together for a great cause!
