🎃 Hosford PTO Costume Drive 🎃

Hosford PTO is collecting new and gently used costumes for students in Pre-K through middle school!

We are asking our community to help by donating any costumes your children have outgrown or no longer use. Costumes can be for boys or girls and in any size for school-aged children.

Donations can be dropped off at the school front office or arrangements can be made by contacting PTO President Lindsey Ray.

Our goal is to help make sure every child has the chance to enjoy all the festive fun this fall.

Tonight, a couple of our Hosford PTO Board Members had the honor of presenting three graduating seniors with $750 scholarships to help further their secondary education.

One of those recipients was awarded the Stephanie Davis Heart of Hosford Scholarship, honoring Mrs. Stephanie’s incredible legacy at Hosford Elementary School. Her love for our students, staff, and community has made such an incredible impact, and it was so special to recognize a student who reflects that same heart.

Congratulations to all three scholarship recipients! We are proud of you and excited to see all that your future holds. 🎓✨

🌺 Day 5 of Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week 🌺

We wrapped up an amazing week celebrating our incredible teachers and staff with a barbecue lunch provided by PTO and PTO members. A huge thank you to Sugar Fix for treating all teachers and staff to a free shaved ice to help cool off and end the week on a sweet note!

Thanks to the generosity of our community sponsors, PTO was also able to gift every teacher and staff member a cooler backpack and monogrammed towel. A very special thank you to Lil Darlin Designs and Destiny Davis for monogramming every towel free of charge. Your kindness and support mean so much to our school family!

Our students absolutely spoiled their teachers silly this week with thoughtful gifts, cards, and acts of appreciation. We are so thankful for a community that continually shows up for our school in such a big way.

🌺🍍 Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week – Day 4 🍍🌺

We’re still soaking up the sunshine and island vibes as we celebrate our amazing teachers and staff! ☀️🌴

Today’s tropical treats included a delicious pizza lunch generously provided by Georgia-Pacific, a fresh veggie tray from the Liberty Education Association, and sweet treats lovingly prepared by our PTO members. 🍕🥦🍪

🌺 Teachers and staff also enjoyed boosted teas from Panhandle Nutrition, generously sponsored by Hosford PTO through donations from community members running for political office! Panhandle Nutrition helped bring the refreshing tropical boost to our day! 🧉🌺

Students brought their teachers sweet treats! 🍪🧁

Teachers and staff enjoyed a delicious Subway lunch graciously provided by Rex Lumber, while students spread sunshine by bringing thoughtful cards for their teachers. ☀️💌

A big thank you to Fizzy Sisters for setting up the tropical soda bar for our teachers and staff, sponsored by them and some AMAZING parent/community supporters! 🥤🌺

Day 2 of Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week was another amazing one! 🌺🌮

Our teachers and staff enjoyed a delicious Lei’d Back Taco Bar generously donated and prepared by Bear Creek Country Store; it was such a fun and flavorful way to keep the tropical vibes going!

Students also showed their love by bringing in classroom supplies, helping stock their teachers up for success. Your thoughtfulness does not go unnoticed!

Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week is off to a GREAT start! 🌴✨

Today, our amazing teachers and staff enjoyed a delicious breakfast provided by Southern RV and Repair along with our PTO members. They also had the chance to create their own beautiful flower vases thanks to Ava’s Arrangements; a little bit of tropical paradise to bring to their homes and classrooms!

Our students joined in the celebration by wearing tropical attire in honor of their teachers to bring the fun island vibes to campus today! 🌺

We’re so excited for a Tiki-riffic Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week at Hosford Elementary! Our teachers pour so much love, time, and energy into our kids every single day, and this week is all about showing them just how much they mean to us. 💛

Say “Mahalo” with a note from the heart! 🌺🏝️

Wednesday’s theme is all about showing our teachers a little extra love and appreciation with sweet handwritten notes from our students. How fun would it be to make it island style using this themed paper? 🌴☀️

If you do not have access to a printer, there will be copies available up front in the office for you to grab or your child can absolutely use their own paper as well!

Let’s help our teachers feel celebrated, encouraged, and deeply loved next week❤️
