Donations for our annual book sale at the Hortonville Public Library will be accepted until 7pm on Wednesday, May 7th. Be sure to drop your donations off soon!

Calling all spring cleaners! We're hoping for your donations for our Friends' Book & Bake Sale coming up at the beginning of May!

Items we accept: gently used books, DVDs, music CDs, puzzles/games

Items we 𝗱𝗼 π—»π—Όπ˜ accept: moldy/smelly books, VHS tapes, children's toys, textbooks, magazines, dictionaries/encyclopedias

Are you doing some spring cleaning? Donations for our annual book sale are welcome now until May 8th. Drop off your gently used books, DVDs, music CDs, puzzles and games in the library during their open hours.

Interested volunteers are invited to sign up in the library. Shifts start Thursday May 8th thru cleanup on the 10th. Bakers are also needed to whip up some yummy treats for the bake sale.

We look forward to another successful book and bake sale with your help!

We are looking for volunteers to help with our upcoming book sale on the following dates and times:

Thursday, May 16th from 9-4 for set-up
Friday, May 17th from 8:30-6
Saturday, May 18th from 7:45-5 for sale and clean-up

We also need baked goods for the bake sale.

The Hortonville Public Library is currently seeking a positive individual with a strong work ethic, a passion for service, and a willingness to serve in an entry-level Library Assistant position. Duties will include children’s programming, customer service, collection maintenance, and general day-to-day circulation activities. A basic understanding of technology, organizational skills, and money handling is required. The hiring wage begins at $14.00 per hour. Schedule will consist of roughly 20 hours per week, including evenings, and Saturdays on a rotating schedule. A high school diploma is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in library service, customer service, and/or children’s programming.
