Hanover Horton Music Boosters The Hanover-Horton Music Boosters is a group which seeks to enhance the music program. We hope to see you there.

The Hanover-Horton Music Boosters is a group of parents and friends of the music program who seek ways to enhance the music program primarily through the raising of funds for special purchases and events. The boosters are very active in planning the dessert and auction portions of the Jazz Bash, and in helping students raise funds for various trips. They also are in charge of fitting and collecting uniforms for the High School Band and Choir and planning and feeding the kids at Band Camp. We welcome anyone interested in the music program at Hanover-Horton to come and offer their ideas!! The Boosters meet on the second Wednesday of every month at 6:00 p.m in the teachers lounge. Professor Eunjung Lee and Dr. Stephen Murphy came in today to do a private performance for our Choir students.

Professor Eunjung Lee has performed in leading roles in MANY operas around the world and won international vocal competitions (bio attached).

It was such an amazing experience to have her come in and perform for the students. Thanks to Dr. Murphy (aka Murph-blaster!) for making this happen!

It was so exciting to see our Comet Marching Band premiere their new uniforms at last night’s home game ☄️

Thank you so much to our community who has supported us through this five year project, through our fundraisers, donations, and sponsorships.

And a big thank you to our anonymous donor who helped make this dream happen even faster so we could order these uniforms last spring to have them in time for this fall season 🙏

We’re so excited to present the rest of our Love and Heartbreak Show in our new uniforms as we finish the rest of our drill and as we prepare for our fall festivals 🎶

And congrats to the football team, our amazing cheerleaders, and our cross country team on their success yesterday - the fall is an exciting time to be a Comet! ☄️

Wyatt Alger is a member of the trombone section and will graduate with a degree in History and Political Science with a minor in Music. After graduation, Wyatt will attend the Marsal Family School of Education to pursue his master’s degree in Educational Studies. His favorite band memory was watching Michigan win against Alabama in the Rose Bowl!⁠
