Coat Giveaway 2025 – A Heartfelt Thank You

We are overjoyed to share that our Annual Coat Giveaway was a huge success! On November 8, 2025 at the Shadow Oaks Elementary Schooll. we had the incredible opportunity to serve many children and families in the Horn Lake, MS area.

First and foremost, all glory and thanks go to God, who continues to lead and guide this mission. Without His grace, none of this would be possible. 🙏

Gratitude for a Successful Coat Giveaway

We are thrilled to share that our recent coat giveaway in the Parkway Village area of Memphis, TN on November 1, 2025 was a wonderful success! With God’s mercy and compassion guiding us, we were able to serve many children in need, ensuring they stay warm this winter.

A special thank you to Hope Credit Union and the City of Memphis Housing and Community Development for their generous support. Also a huge thank you to Volunteer Odyssey for providing amazing volunteers. Your commitment to our community has made a significant impact, and we are truly grateful for your partnership.

We are collecting gently used shoes as a fundraiser, which will be shipped to Third World countries for their use. By donating your gently used shoes, you’ll not only help raise money for those coats but also support communities in need. GOD is so awesome! What an amazing day! The Lord truly blessed us today as over 500 kids received coats. 🙌 I am immensely thankful for the volunteers who helped serve the children; my heart can hardly take in all the blessings we received!

I serve a great and powerful God. My God is awesome and amazing! 🙏 A huge thank you to all the sponsors who made today possible: the City of Hornlake, Homer Skelton of Olive Branch, TJ Maxx, Chick-fil-A, Target, Pastor Ruth, Costco, Wooden-Viola Charities, and a special mention to Walmart and Feed My Sheep organization for showing up to volunteer.
