JET SKI (PWC) Safety reminders:

Time Restrictions: -
-operation is illegal between sunset and sunrise (due to no navigation lights)

Age Restrictions:
-You must be at least 16 years old to operate a PWC ALONE.

-Youth ages 12 to 15 can operate a PWC only if they are accompanied on board and directly supervised by a capable adult who is at least 18 years old and holds a valid boater safety certificate.

—standard industry safety rules and PWC manufacturer guidelines strictly dictate that child passengers MUST sit BEHIND the adult driver

Speed & Distance:
-Jet skis must operate at no more than headway speed (the slowest possible speed to maintain steerage) when within 150 feet of swimmers, shorelines, docks, or moored boats.
