It has been 1 year since we began providing a safe, loving place for children entering foster care. In that year, we have been able to provide 40 children with love, compassion and most of all….hope!❤

We are excited to open our doors for our community to come and celebrate with us! We want to share this milestone with everyone who has donated to, volunteered and prayed for this House since the very beginning!

If you have never heard of Hope House, this is the perfect opportunity for you to come, take a tour and see the impact your support can have on the children entering foster care.

As we are settling into a new school year we have had lots of shoppers to make sure they are ready! With that we have many items that need restocked at the Closet to ensure we are ready for our Season Change Over in a few weeks!

Even though we are heading towards fall we are still having some HOT days!! We are running very low on Boys 3T, 4T, and 5 summer clothes and want to make sure we are still able to serve our families until season change over!

We want to give a big THANK YOU shout out to Riken Americas Corporation for this amazing donation of high need items. We never want our hygiene room to run low of these because at any moment we could get a call about a new placement that needs these basic items. We are thankful for community partners and individuals that help us keep our rooms stocked!

Back to School Stats🎒✏

We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to serve 122 children in Christian and surrounding counties that are headed back to school! Thank you to every person that made this event possible! We hope each child and family has a wonderful school year.

We are so grateful to have received a very generous donation from the Clark Associates Charitable Foundation to use as needed at Joy Closet. This donation allows us to purchase basic needs such as clothing, hygiene products, bedding, diapers and wipes, and more for foster families in our area!

Thank you to Samantha and Wendy for requesting this donation on behalf of the Closet through their Employee Grant Program. We are beyond thankful for your support 💛

We want to give a huge THANK YOU shout out to TVA for a very generous donation to Joy Closet! This donation will positively impact the foster and kinship families in our area by providing basic necessities for the children they are welcoming into their homes. It will also help provide school supplies to help these children go back to school. From clothing to hygiene products or beds and blankets we never know what each family will need, but we want to be prepared for anything! Their donation will allow us to meet these needs when items are running low or the need is very unique!

We are so thankful for TVA's support and partnership in supporting the foster/ kinship children in Christian and surrounding counties!
