Time to Check In.......

This October, join Six Fitness & Wellness for an evening centered around something we don’t talk about enough—our mental health.

Check out website for more information. https://sixfitnessandwellness.com

💙 CHECK IN: How Are You, Really? 💙

Ladies, this one is for US.

This October, we’re coming together at Six Fitness for an evening centered around something we don’t talk about enough—our mental health.

Join us for a powerful and much-needed conversation facilitated by Licensed Therapist Tabitha Taylor. This is an opportunity to learn, ask questions, have real conversations, and connect with other women in a safe, supportive, no-judgment environment.

You never know what the woman beside you may be carrying. Our hope is that everyone who attends walks away feeling educated, encouraged, supported, and most importantly—reminded that you are NOT alone. 💙

✨ Bring a friend. Come with an open heart. Let’s check in with ourselves—and with each other.

📅 Friday, October 23 | 6–8 PM
💙 Members: FREE | Non-members: $20
🍽️ A light meal will be served
📍 Six Fitness, Hopewell, VA

All additional information is on the flyer.

Mind. Body. Community. Stronger Together. 💙
