One more week of collecting money to help this local family in need, please reach out if wanting to help

‼️Help Needed‼️
This hard working local family needs our help so let's do what this little town does and help lift our own in times of need.
This young family just introduced their first baby into the world and he was born weighing only 2 pounds, 10 oz and was 10 weeks early. He will be in Pittsburgh for atleast 2 months.
Mom is a nurse at Huntington hospital but couldn't work the last few weeks due to pregnancy complications. She will be staying with the baby in Pittsburg for the next 2 months as well so she won't be able to help with income.
Dad works in State College and is trying real hard to keep all the bills caught up on his own while also trying to afford to get to Pittsburg to see his family.
They are really struggling and would appreciate all help thats provided along with Gas gift cards, Cash, gift cards for restaurants etc etc..

We have a Linda's Angels jar on the counter at Lindas Little General, 6453 Raystown Road Hopewell Pa 16650....everything that goes in it from now until the end of May will go to them.
If you have different idea to help please reach out, or if would prefer to mail a check, venmo...send me a message we will do what works best for you to get this family help.

We have decided to match all donations up to $500.
Lets get this local family the support they need.

We have recieved several wonderful donations to help the young local family in the post below this one...Lindas Little General is matching up to $500 and we are almost there thanks to you guys...let's keep this going!!
All money collected through Lindas Angels in the month of may goes to this family!
We have a jar on the counter and the tree up at Lindas, If u perfer mail a check reach out, and Ive also got their contact info. Every little bit adds up and thank you for your help 💕

We are raising money to help these 3 local kids safely learn, grow and chase their dreams of what they love which is racing.

SCDRA Northeast
They have 2 series races at Bedford this year the dates for Bedford are April 17 and July 12 if you would like to attend they will also be at other tracks in the Northeast as well. This is really exciting for them.
Your support will help these 3 local kids race and helps cover things like registration fees, safety equipment, and other essentials so they’re able to safely learn, grow, and stay involved in the racing community.
Any amount will help keep these kids on the track.
We have a Linda's Angels donation jar at the Lindas Little General and also our tree is up also and will be filled with donations towards helping these kids.
We are raising money during March and matching donations up to $500.

We decided to keep the tree up at Lindas Little General all year for locals in need, currently its filled with donation cards for Abbys Angels, Quinton Morrow and donations for us to use according to locals needs that we will supply as they come or for our giving box below thats been supplied with hygiene items, snow boots, toys, food...etc etc. Online apps for help wont be accepted they need placed in our application box at Lindas Little General

I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to our amazing small town.
The angels program for the year blew it out of the park and each year I'm blown away by this small generous town and every yr we exceed my expectations. This year all the following happened

🎄81 kids received gifts christmas morning
🎄kept 7 families warm that were completely out of fuel
🎄got a baby a crib
🎄got 2 young girls a bunk bed & blankets
🎄2 families got to get power back
🎄1 lady now will have a running car.
🎄2 people struggling to even get food was given gift cards for food.
🎄filled a freezer for someone eating 1 meal a day
🎄a nice supply of baby formula
🎄$652.00 raised for Abbys Angels to help local rescued dogs

This is all because of you generous souls that make it a reality for those that need a little extra help.
God always provides!!

Im so impressed with everyone who stepped up to help this family so last minute and we have got all their needs met. Thank u so very much!!

Update: gifts & toys are handled, but if anyone is willing to do a gift card for groceries or purchase formula, that would be fantastic as well!!

‼️Is anyone in Altoona shopping and willing to deliver TODAY? Or even a Walmart delivery? Gift cards for food...etc etc!!
This family is in desperate need and for the 1st time the person who originally adopted didn't fulfil their promise to shop & deliver and we are only 3 days away. They live in Altoona and if you agree i will get you the address‼️

Working family making barely enough money to make it...there son is having skin allergies & problems with formula so hes been put on a super expensive one so its put a huge dent in the left over money. They do get help with wic but it doesnt cover the cost, and wic is the only assistance they get.
They don't have much money left for themselves to eat at the end of the week after paying bills so if you want to further help this family food or grocery gift cards would be a great help as well.
They mentioned he does not need much as he is a baby but just would love for him to have something for his first christmas.

If interested in helping please comment "adopt". This is a promise that you will purchase gifts for the child, wrap them and get them to Lindas Little General or the family by 12/10

Applications have been closed...I'm sorry we did not get to everyone who applied but we did reach ALL the close locals and lot from close surrounding towns as well, so for that I'm thankful. Also with all the generous donations and people helping we have helped heat homes, keep the power on, get a car running, and help with a few behind payments for rent/mortgage. We also helped get many rescue dogs the items they need as well with Abbys Angels.
So i call this a HUGE success this year. We live in such a remarkable small town.
We only have a few days until all gifts are to be returned to me to get handed out so Im closing it up.
If you have been accepted I have reached out to let you know, also i will message you personally for pick up once they arrive to the store i will send a message for you to come pick up this year as I feel it may be much easier.
