UTOPIA is an all-volunteer organization devoted to providing veterinary care, rehabilitation and release for native Indiana reptiles, mammals, songbirds, waterfowl and birds of prey. We also provide expert wildlife advice and educational programs for people of all ages.

Got newspapers? Utopia really needs newspaper with so many babies and other animals, we’re going through papers at a record rate if you could, if you could drop them off between the hours of nine and 2 o’clock tomorrow, we’d love you for it!

These red tailed hawks were flight tested in the mini flight cage. The one that was flying well was released recently!

You are cordially invited to attend a guided tour of Utopia Wildlife Rehabilitators on Tuesday, June 23.Two sessions are scheduled: one at 1:00pm and another at 2:30pm. This unique opportunity allows you to meet our ambassador birds and animals while discovering fascinating wildlife facts. A donation of $10 per adult is requested; children aged 6 and under are complimentary. Please bring water, suitable footwear, and a lawn chair. To facilitate planning, kindly RSVP to utopia [email protected] with your attendance details.

🦉Here are our two baby great horned owls with foster keeper One Eyed Jack. They were moved into a larger stall in the bird barn so the babies can stretch their wings as they get ready to be moved again to try flying out!

Do I have something on my face?
🦉This Great Horned Owl was brought it earlier last week. It came in with Orange/Red eyes which have cleared up (Caused by either skunk spray irritation or trauma).
