“We honor those who laid the foundation by continuing to build upon it.”

A great day of faith, fellowship, brotherhood, and reflection as the 11th Masonic District celebrated Prince Hall Day 2026. Proud to stand among Brothers and Sisters committed to preserving the legacy and continuing the work.

Honoring the past. Building the future.

What an incredible afternoon of fellowship, faith, and brotherly love!

Thank you to everyone who joined us as we hosted the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of North Carolina, District 11 St. John’s Day Service. It was truly a blessing to see so many Brothers, Sisters, families, and friends come together in worship and unity.

Your presence helped make this service a meaningful celebration of our shared commitment to faith, service, and the principles of Freemasonry and the Order of the Eastern Star. Seeing lodges and chapters from across the district gathered in one place was a powerful reminder that we are stronger when we stand together.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, participated, and worked behind the scenes to make this event a success. May we continue to walk together in love, fellowship, and service throughout the year.

“My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.” — 1 John 3:18

Today, the young men of the Knights of Pythagoras, Crown of Youth Council #12, and the young ladies of the Gleaners, Guiding Light Branch #18, had the privilege of visiting Historic Stagville Plantation in Durham, NC.

This was more than just a field trip. It was an opportunity to walk through history, retrace the footsteps of those who were enslaved there, and gain a deeper understanding of the resilience, strength, and sacrifices that helped shape our nation.

Experiences like these remind us that understanding our history is essential to appreciating the progress we’ve made while recognizing the work that still lies ahead. We hope today’s visit inspired meaningful conversations, reflection, and a greater appreciation for the legacy of those who came before us.

A heartfelt thank you to the Brothers of Gray’s Creek Lodge #831 and the Sisters of Eunice Chapter #643 for your generosity and support in making this educational experience possible. Your continued investment in our youth helps build knowledgeable, confident, and compassionate future leaders.

“To know where you’re going, you must first understand where you’ve been.” ❤️🤍
