My family and I are long time residents of Birmingham, and have been Ross Bridge residents since 2011. I have been actively involved in the RB Community since 2012; when I approached Jeff Boyd of Daniel Corp about punch list items for James Hill. At that time, I joined the volunteer Advisory Committee to offer feedback to Daniel, and lend a voice to my fellow neighbor’s concerns. I have served dutifully IMO with a nearly spotless attendance record. I have been involved in many initiatives brought before the HOA to date. At present I’m the Compliance Chair, and have worked within our current guidelines and also proposed new ones to help hold our community to the highest of standards. Moving forward I look to help guide the HOA to an annually responsible budget and an appropriately funded Reserve. I believe this is paramount to maintain the quality of amenities and infrastructure that we all invested when each of us chose to make RB our home. I will work with my fellow Board members to ensure that the covenants and bi-laws are enforced to protect both resident and HOA property values as well as the reputation of the community. While we have a solid foundation, I will be open to amending or appending said covenants that may need to evolve as the community has and will continue to grow. I will ensure that our management company holds not only our residents, but equally our vendors to a standard of compliance and excellence.
In my professional background I have and continue to serve in multiple leadership and management roles from District Manager to Director of Sales for two separate Fortune 5000 companies. I’m versed in P/L’s & Expenses, and have managed annual budgets exceeding $10M.
I ask for your vote and look forward to serving my neighbors on the HOA BOD.
