Russet Woods Community Homeowners Association (RWHOA) appreciates your annual support to the Community which includes Russet Woods, Southwood and Southwood Highlands.

RWHOA works with the City of Hoover, administrates RWHOA pages, prepares requested closing letters,
organizes events, keeps our entrances beautiful, is a liaison for the Community and more!

Your continued membership support helps pay for the expenses that occur monthly, which are just $.18/day. It supports our neighborhood looking great, which preserves your home value!

• Front & Back Entrance Landscaping
o Mowing, weeding trimming and water
o Flowers Spring/Winter for front and back entrance
• Community lighting for entrances and 20 street lights
• P.O. Box Fee
