Our Community takes great pride in working together to ensure the neighborhood remains neat, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.

We understand that vacations, inclement weather, and busy schedules can sometimes make yard maintenance more challenging. When possible, please continue making every effort to keep your lawn mowed and your property in good condition.
As we move through summer, grass growth tends to accelerate, and lawns can quickly become overgrown. We encourage all residents to stay on a regular mowing schedule to help keep properties looking their best.

Thank you for your continued care and cooperation in helping to keep our community beautiful and inviting for all.

Yard of the Month Spotlight: Celebrating Tonya Smith's Labor of Love
There is something truly special about a garden that tells a story, and this month, our neighborhood is proud to honor a yard that is deeply rooted in love, resilience, and hard work. Congratulations to Tonya Smith, our newest Yard of the Month winner!
A Move Rooted in Family and Healing
Tonya moved to our Hoover neighborhood in February 2024, driven by a powerful and loving mission: to be close to her grandchildren—specifically her grandson, who was battling cancer. Today, our community shares an immense sense of relief and joy knowing that her grandson is cancer-free. We are beyond thankful for this wonderful outcome, and even more grateful that this journey brought Tonya right to our doorstep.

Walking past Tonya’s property, it is easy to see the care and dedication she pours into her outdoor space. Two standout favorites take center stage in her landscape:
Limelight Hydrangeas: Providing breathtaking, lush blooms that catch the eye and add vibrant texture.
Crape Myrtles: Lending a magnificent, elegant presence that anchors the entire yard with stunning seasonal color.
More Than Just a Green Thumb
Tonya doesn't just admire her plants—she does all the heavy lifting herself! A true handywoman, she personally takes charge of mowing the lawn and tending to every single plant with meticulous care. But her skills extend far beyond traditional gardening; Tonya is also a self-professed demolition specialist, proving she isn't afraid to roll up her sleeves and tackle any project head-on.
Before her retirement and subsequent move to Hoover, Tonya dedicated her career to helping others as a case manager for the Kentucky Court of Appeals. That same meticulous attention to detail and strong work ethic now shine brightly in the incredible landscape she has built around her home.
Thank You, Tonya!
Tonya, your gorgeous yard is a testament to your vibrant spirit, and your presence has been such a wonderful addition to our community.
Congratulations on a well-deserved Yard of the Month award!
