Ini spite of what Phil Italiano claims, real activism is reading thousands of pages of documents, comparing them with policy, and seeking errors that allow us to seek out proper environmental impact studies.

Real activism is working with community leaders, experts, and agencies to prevent a place like Adirondack Park from burning to the ground.

No media is required. I'm not wearing a fancy jacket and unless I decided to say something about what I am working on, publicly, there is no record that I've done anything at all.

In prior court cases, it was revealed that 95% of my activism career is behind the scenes, is not published, and won't be because I'm not doing any of this for credit, or media, or accolades.

If I didn't have people publicly attacking me 24 hours a day, calling me a fraud, I wouldn't have any of this posted at all.

Phil thinks activism is attending protests (never been at a single protest as a protester), or holding a megaphone, or holding community meetings but that's local activists' job.

I made an Abby Hoffman joke the moron didn't get it; that's more than enough for me to know he's got the mind of a child.

Our job is to provide support, resources, data, information, and the tools needed to win. And we win... every time, no matter who attacks us.

Today has been wild. We have spent all morning working on an Article 78 New York Supreme Court filing to stop a lithium battery storage facility that's been approved in Adirondack Park.

The Adirondack Park Association approved the project without question, with no fire impact study, with no Environmental Impact Study (EIS), and the only way to stop it is to get the New York Supreme Court to intervene.

In the process of working on this, seven more communities with the same problem contacted us.

I don't know if you've ever had an entire state's legal framework and regulations dropped in your lap, but it's taken 10 solid hours of reading and research to get in the right place to do what we do.

I say “we” because this is work that is being done by me and a team of researchers (there's no way I could do this by myself) including members of this .org.

We are on fire so this lithium complex does not end up on fire and scorch the Earth in Adirondack Park.

The struggle is real.

We have taken on two new causes this month, working to stop the building of two lithium ion industrial storage facilities, one in New York and the other in Massachusetts.

In both cases, much like Jonesborough, there are fatal flaws, either by errors in the environmental assessment or no assessment at all.

-In Mass, we’re pursuing Intervener status.

-In New York, we’re pursing an Article 78 challenge.

In the case of these two facilities, and Jonesborough, the companies all tried to squeeze the projects in with as little public commentary as possible, basically building them in quasi-secret.

The trick to defeating opponents of our .org is doing the work anyway despite them, just to show them that unlike us, they are powerless—which is exactly what these batteries are going to be once we get done.

This is such a destructive, malicious, retaliatory hit piece about me and this .org in which you’re witnessing the fourth time I’ve had to rebuilt it, after years of harassment from the FBI, years of frivolous lawsuits, an article in which Phil Italiano used no due diligence and is combining two completely unrelated careers—my writing career which I started six months ago and this .orgs activity from 2013 to 2019.

In fact, click on the link to our original .org SuperfundResearch.org and see how it was stolen from us and turned into a website attacking us.

What we have here, in Phil, is a man who not only failed to look at the evidence but is now directly conspiring with the people who destroyed our work and erased all the history to begin with.

He is not a fighter for free speech. He is the person working day and night trying to take ours away and is blatantly misrepresenting us, the history, and for some reason is going after a jacket I wear while I’m camping—that didn’t exist during the first run of our .org—while ignoring what you can see on this page.

This page and my other sites are filled with real world footage of me AT these sites, not sitting on the internet.

We were harassed by the FBI for five years, faced false money laundering investigations, harassing phone calls, and yes, even a raid (it’s in the film he’s promoting), data thefts, leaks of trade secrets, and on and on, only to end up 14 years later with guys like this who stand for nothing, fight for nothing, who experienced none of what we’ve experienced.

He has to talk about Larry Flint, or Al Goldstein to come up with war stories. We talk about ourselves abd our own battles.

Since he’s the new enemy, the one trying to destroy us and rewrite history, by his own definition, we are everything he claims we’re not.

It looks like Joe Exotic needs to re-evaluate his friendship with Phil Italiano because as you can see, Phil stated he was afraid of lawsuits, but I stood right up for Joe.

I’ve stood up for Joe since the day I heard an about him and Phil is s coward who states directly that he’s covering his story up and is afraid of Carole.

Joe needs to know that Phil sexually harassed me, after I came out as LGBT 4 days ago, I stood up for myself, and he’s been attacking me ever since, even after informed him that I was filing civil rights (sexual harassment claims) with the California Civil Rights Commission and other regulatory agencies.

Phil was made aware that by law, retaliation against a person who indictes they are filing a claim is illegal in California.

I'd like to say SCREW Magazine publisher Phil Italiano is hypnotized by propaganda, but he knows Ross is a fraud. They're simply conspiring together to cover up his alleged sexual harassment, discriminatory business practices, and other alleged actionable activity.

Case in point:

Initiating litigation isn't just about filing lawsuits—it involves everything from notification, to demand letters, attempts to settle a matter prior to litigation and then if all else fails, actual litigation.

In our case, our work is so strong, we never make it to litigation because everyone settles before we ever get to sue.

In other cases, we are not a party to a suit but we're a Relator or an Intervener, two types of legal action that attach us to other lawsuits so we can contribute to the case without being a key litigant.

A Relator is a person who is a whistleblower bringing evidence of corruption to investigators for the Federal government. An Intervener is a party who adds themselves as a witness to a state or federal case as a contributing witness, under statutory guidelines.

More disturbing is the relentless multifaceted hate speech he is using; "faking being gay" and "homeless, drifter, Unabomber."

In the case of the latter, the Biden DOJ established Phil's words about our Romani founder as hate speech, in 2022, via a resolution. The Roma Council declared his words as anti-Roma as far back as 1971.

Then, like a true narcissist, after he engages in alleged sexual assault, hate speech, discrimination, then takes credit for the work of Al Goldstein ("we" invented the word homophobia), he falls into a ball of tears because we called him a... *facepalm* meatball.

It seems whenever someone uses the word we, Phil thinks it includes him, but in no example of his use has he ever been included, not even at SCREW Magazine.

Somebody call Hooked on Phonics. Stat.

We did a lot of work on caselaw, today, establishing jurisdiction in either New York or San Francisco—we're moving forward with aggressive legal action against SCREW Magazine Media, to make sure he stops this attack he's launching on us, partially constructed out of Title 18 Section 241 Conspiracy Against Rights, and a half a dozen other federal and state counts.

Apparently, he's now added another defamation per se count, over a false claim made, with actual malice, that Berdyck is engaged in extortion. Sorry Phil but asserting our legal rights and demanding you cease and desist is not extortion.

Phil claims he has a lawyer but where is this mystery person who we think doesn't exist?
