A great time was had by all (~50?) who attended our last Summer BBQ Social and Open Play at White Salmon’s Rheingarten Park yesterday (Sunday, August 16)
It was fun to play with folks from all over the Gorge…White Salmon, Lyle, Hood River, Mosier, Trout Lake, The Dalles, etc.
One of these days we’ll actually figure out a good queue for 50 players…😜
Special thanks to Kim C (White Salmon Pickleball League Ambassador) for setting up the nets early and for take down and clean up afterwards…to GPA President David Michalek and GPA VP Mark Moores for keeping the grill hot…to GPA Treasurer Tom Clein for invites and name tags - and to GPA Board Member Ricky Campbell for taking pics..
Next time we’ll put name tags on the paddles so we won’t be waiting for “Next Up!”
