In our latest Gorge Youth blog, local expert Hannah Freeman of Held In Water shares common myths about babies and water — and how gentle, developmentally supportive water experiences can build early confidence, calm, and trust.

We’re also excited to highlight her newest offering, Baby’s First Bath (Bath Babies) — a beautiful 4-week, in-person experience for babies 0–6 months and their caregivers, rooted in warmth, relationship, and nervous system regulation.
