For most Hood River County citizens, our city and county is a place where everyone is safe and boasts an exceptional quality of life. The proposed Westside Area Concept Plan (WAC) puts this at risk. It will significantly change Hood River County, surrounding communities, and severely challenge our already strained and underfunded infrastructure -- and few citizens even know about it. for Responsible Development formed to secure our foundation and ensure responsible growth of Hood River. Collectively, we fact-find and share information with you, our fellow citizens -- before decisions are made. We are committed to work with our City Representatives as much as we can to yield the best results for a majority of our citizens, our environment, and our unique community.
