What a special day in the Granbury community! 🏐💜

Today was full of adventure, laughter, love, and the JOY of volleyball! We’re so thankful we got to bring our community together and share our love of the game with our youth.

A HUGE thank you to our amazing coaches and varsity players who gave their time, energy, and hearts to encourage these young athletes and show them what it means to love the game. 💜

Memories like these are such a blessing. Watching our youth learn, laugh, grow, and experience the love of this game together is something we’ll always be thankful for. God is so good! 🙏💜

So grateful for this crew and for a community that continues to show up, support one another, and help grow the next generation. 🏐💜

Granbury, we love you!

Granbury Athletic Community & Friends,

Tonight, and every night, let’s remember that the power of prayer is real—and it is powerful. Prayer brings protection, strength, comfort, and peace, especially when we need it most.

If you can, please come out tonight and stand together in support of one of GHS’s own. Your presence, your prayers, and your support can mean more than you may ever know. ❤️🙏

“The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.” — James 5:16

Let’s come together, lift them up, and remind them that they are not alone. There is power in prayer, and there is power in community. 🙏💙

🏐 GRANBURY… YOU ASKED, AND WE HEARD YOU! 💜💛

When LGAA asked our community about the possibility of bringing recreational youth volleyball to Granbury, the response was overwhelming — and we are incredibly excited about what that could mean for our young athletes!

While we continue working behind the scenes on the logistics of what we hope will become Granbury’s first inaugural recreational youth volleyball season, we’re ready to take the next step…

🏐 VOLLEY TOT CLINIC!

📅 September 12th
📍 Acton Middle School
💜 6U–8U: 9:00–10:00 AM
💛 9U–12U: 10:00–11:00 AM
🎉 FREE OF CHARGE!

This clinic is an opportunity for kids to get on the court, learn some volleyball fundamentals, have fun and give this growing sport a try — right here in Granbury.

SPACE IS LIMITED! Because we want to keep the clinic manageable and give each athlete a great experience, registration will be limited. Once all available spots have been filled, the registration form will be closed.

This is just the next stepping stone. There is still plenty of work happening behind the scenes as we explore coaches, facilities, scheduling, divisions and all the logistics necessary to build a strong recreational volleyball program.

But based on the response from this community, one thing is pretty clear…

Granbury is ready for youth volleyball. 💜🏐💛
