Most US 31 work is done 🎉. In the interest of volunteers and staff who had been given tomorrow off, the BSR office and Gathering Place will still be closed Friday, June 5.

BSR (The Gathering Place and Office) will be closed Friday. TGP driveway is currently is currently blocked due to the Honor paving project on US 31.

We spoke to workers who said although they will try to get it all done today, they are doubtful that will happen due to the work load involved.

This also impacts our ability to load delivery cars and exit onto the roadway for Meals on Wheels. We will be delivering extra frozen meals today, and calling clients to see if they will need more food for the weekend.
