The next one is Tuesday, Dec 1, 12-1:30 and the topic is Well-Being in Practice

This Circle isn't about dwelling on what's hard, it's about sharing what actually helps. Together, we'll talk through the small (and not-so-small) things that help us feel like ourselves again, and how we can better show up for each other as women navigating full, complicated lives.

Oahu Locations:
-Honolulu, Oʻahu: 11am-1pm at the Hawai'i State Capitol (S. Beretania Street)
-Kapolei, Oʻahu: 11am-1pm at Kapolei Regional Park
