For the second time in a row, PPGNHAIK is the only Planned Parenthood organization to earn the designation and remains the only health care provider to earn leader status in Alaska, Idaho, Indiana, and Kentucky.

At a time when access to inclusive, affirming care is under constant threat, heath care workers are navigating intense political attacks, and shifting legal requirements cause chaos, confusion and deep uncertainty around access to care, this recognition means more than ever.

Today, we sued the State of Alaska to block their unconstitutional ban on telehealth abortion.

Alaska’s Constitution protects the right to privacy, which guarantees the right to abortion. Yet the state forces patients to travel hundreds of miles to receive care in-person, infringing on Alaskans’ constitutional rights.
