Aloha Medical Mission:
Kayapa Dental Mission December 1-5, 2025
The Hawaii volunteers and local government and volunteers treated 242 patients and provided 433 procedures (teeth extractions and fillings). Maraming Salamat and Mahalo nui loa for the great honor to care for the people and work alongside the local team in each Barangay:
Day 1: Baan, Day 2: Kayapa Proper West, Day 3: Cabanglasan, Day 4: Mapayao and Day 5: San Fabian. Until next time, Mabuhay and A hui hou!

In the Nueva Vizcaya Province of the Philippines the
Kayapa Dental Mission took place on December 1 - 5, 2025.
Four Aloha Medical Mission volunteers flew from Honolulu, Hawaii to Manila, Philippines. Then took a 6 hour ride into the Cagayan Valley region.

Mission Leader Dr. Dean Sueda and the dental team had the great honor to have met the community, treated 242 patients and performed 433 procedures (teeth extractions and fillings) along side the amazing local volunteers!

Each day the team traveled to a different location providing dental care and gave free tooth brushes to the community!

Day One: Baan- 30 patients
Day Two: Kayapa Proper West- 60 patients
Day Three: Cabanglasan- 43 patients
Day Four: Mapayao- 48 patients
Day Five: San Fabian- 62 patients

Mahalo nui loa and maraming Salamat po for the amazing experience of working together to help the gracious barangays of Kayapa!!
