For over 50 years, FACF has been powered by volunteers who believe in giving back to the school and community that helped shape them. 🫶

Our FACF Board of Directors come together to look ahead, ask how we can do better, and make sure we’re building a stronger foundation for the next generation of Govs. It’s not always the work people see, but it’s the work that helps make scholarships, student support, and alumni connections possible.

Five decades later, that mission is still going strong because of the people who continue to show up.

If you have a heart for Kalihi, learn more about FACF and how you can be part of the story at GoGovs.com.

Congratulations to our incredible Governors who showcased innovation, leadership, and teamwork at the TAO Mission Scholarship Awards! 👏

FACF board members were honored to attend this inspiring evening, where Farrington High School students competed for up to $10,000 in scholarships by presenting real-world solutions to real-world challenges. 💡

The TAO Scholarship is unlike any other. Students applied Lean Six Sigma principles to develop projects focused on financial literacy, event planning efficiency, and creating more inclusive student assemblies that welcome special needs classrooms. Their ideas weren’t just theoretical, they delivered measurable results while building the same problem-solving and leadership skills found in many MBA programs. 📚

We couldn’t be prouder and we know the future is bright because these students are already making a difference. 🎓

Mahalo to .app and KURE for sponsoring this incredible opportunity and investing in the next generation of leaders. 💛

Govs from the Class of 1972 recently gathered for a special send-off lunch honoring fellow Farrington alum and FACF Board Member Dana Yap as he begins an exciting new chapter in the Philippines. ✈️🇵🇭

🎶 In true Gov spirit, the celebration ended with a heartfelt rendition of the Farrington Alma Mater, proving that no matter where life takes us, the bonds forged in Kalihi and Hawaiʻi remain strong. 🫶🌺

Moments like these remind us that being a Governor is for life. 🤝🏽✨ Keep the videos coming, and visit GoGovs.com to learn how you can stay connected, give back, and support future generations of Govs.
