Please join us in welcoming back the Blue Lightning Singers from the Lummi Nation to our 50th Annual Honolulu Intertribal Powwow on August 29th & 30th at Magic Island, Ala Moana Beach Park from 9-4pm.

The Blue Lightning Singers bring the vibrant traditions of the Lummi people to life through their captivating performances. Comprising up to 200 Lummi youth and tribal members, they play a vital role in community events, such as the annual Stommish Water Festival, which honors Lummi veterans and features traditional war canoe races and cultural performances. They also participate in significant ceremonies like the First Salmon Ceremony, celebrating the Lummi people’s deep connection to salmon and the environment.

Their performances inspire cultural pride and ensure that Lummi traditions thrive for many generations to come.
Aloha & Welcome back relatives Welcome!
