🚨 IMPORTANT RACE UPDATE 🚨

Due to the forecasted weather and ocean conditions, and after careful consideration, the Lanikai Canoe Club Duke Kahanamoku Races have been rescheduled.

New Race Dates
- Duke Kahanamoku Wahine Race
- Saturday, August 22

- Duke Kahanamoku Kāne Race
- Sunday, August 23

The safety and well-being of our paddlers, volunteers, officials, spectators, and the entire paddling community will always come first. While we know this change may affect many plans, we believe rescheduling is the safest decision for everyone involved.

Mahalo to all of the clubs, crews, volunteers, and supporters for your understanding, patience, and continued aloha. We look forward to seeing everyone next weekend for an incredible weekend of racing as we celebrate the legacy of Duke Kahanamoku.

2026 HCRA State Championship Regatta. 🌺🏆

Hawaiʻi’s finest crews from across our islands gather at Keʻehi Lagoon to compete for a state title and celebrate the traditions that unite us through waʻa. Oʻahu Hawaiian Canoe Racing Association (OHCRA) was honored to serve as host of this year’s championship.

We are proud to welcome paddlers, coaches, officials, volunteers, families, and supporters from every island as we come together in the true spirit of aloha and sportsmanship.

2026 HCRA State Championship
