親愛的家長您好：

新學期即將開始，誠摯歡迎您的孩子加入我們的中文學習大家庭！

📅 本學期開學日為 2025 年 8 月 9 日（星期六）下午 1:30，請您準時帶孩子到校上課。

💵 提醒您：請於開學當天完成本學期的學費繳交，方便我們確認學生名單與教材準備，感謝您的配合！

為了讓每位孩子都能在一個安全、有禮、愉快的環境中學習，我們想提醒您以下幾點：

👕 上學準備

請幫孩子穿著**包鞋（Cover shoes）**來上課，避免穿拖鞋或後空鞋，以確保活動安全。

請穿著學校制服，整齊有精神，展現慈濟學生的好品格。

請為孩子準備好飲用水、點心與基本文具用品（鉛筆、橡皮擦、色筆、剪刀、膠水等），方便參與教學活動。

💬 行為提醒

我們期望孩子們能在學習中養成尊重、安靜、友善的態度：

請避免打架、罵人或使用不當語言。

上課時若有干擾教學或影響他人學習的行為，我們會先給予提醒並與家長溝通。

若經過三次提醒仍未改善，學校將通知家長帶回孩子。希望藉由這樣的機制，讓大家都能重視共學的品質與尊重。

Dear Parents,

The new semester is about to begin, and we warmly welcome your child to join our Chinese learning family!

📅 Our first day of class will be on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 1:30 PM. Please arrive on time.

💵 A gentle reminder: Tuition payment is due on the first day of class. This helps us finalize student lists and prepare materials. Thank you for your cooperation!

To help create a safe, respectful, and joyful learning environment for everyone, we kindly ask for your attention to the following:

👕 What to Prepare

Please have your child wear closed-toe shoes (cover shoes) for safety. No slippers, or open-back shoes.

School uniforms are required to promote a neat appearance and reflect the spirit of Tzu Chi students.

Please pack a water bottle、snack and basic school supplies (pencils, erasers, color pencils, scissors, glue, etc.) for your child to use during class.

💬 Behavior Guidelines

We strive to help children develop habits of respect, quiet focus, and kindness in class:

Physical fighting, rude language, or disrespectful behavior are not acceptable.

If a student repeatedly disrupts the class or affects the learning environment, we will first give reminders and communicate with parents.

⚠️ If the same behavior continues after three reminders, we will kindly ask parents to take the student home. We hope this policy will help maintain a positive and respectful classroom for all.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our fundraiser for the California wildfire relief! 🙏
Our amazing students and teachers came together on Sunday to make this possible, and we’re so proud of what we’ve accomplished as a community.
