The Rotary Club of Downtown Honolulu was named Rotary District 5000's "2021-22 Mid-Size Club of The Year." We aspire to be the mightiest group of diverse individuals who consistently make a positive impact in the community through service projects that empower Hawai‘i's youth, as well as support those who impact them. Our club of 30+ members is comprised of business, civic and professional leaders from Honolulu dedicated to making O‘ahu, Hawai‘i and the world a better place to live. We have a special connection to Ke‘elikōlani Middle School, formerly Central Middle School, and focus much of our time and attention to ensuring the students, faculty and administration there has the resources it needs to thrive. Our club focuses on improving the lives of youth in the Downtown Honolulu area, with a passion and focus on literacy, scholarships, mentoring and community service. We meet every Friday and invite guest speakers from the community to inspire our members, discuss and plan service projects for the year, and get together to socialize and network in fun and engaging ways. It is through those connections that we can work to get things done in our community. If you are interested in learning more about Rotary or joining our club, please reach out to us.
