The spotlight š”š”burns š„š„little brighter tonight.
The inclusion, acceptance, and empathy shown by the Trojans is deeply appreciatedābut this moment also reflects something bigger: a generation of high school athletes who have shared their love of sports with nqd and our special needs community.
Weāve been fortunate to see student-athletes from all across the State of Hawaii from schools: Punahou, Ź»Iolani, Kamehameha,Mid-Pacific Institute, Pac-5, Maryknoll, Hawaii Baptist Academy, Damien Memorial, Mililani High, Pearl City High, Moanalua High,, Kaiser High, Leilehua High, Aiea High, Campbell High, Waipahu High, Kapolei High, Maui High, and Baldwin High step up and support nqd and this communityāand theyāve been doing it for years.
That commitment builds more than championship momentsāit builds hope for a stronger, more compassionate community, where inclusion is not just encouraged, but lived every day.
