Keala Menza is the Food Program Manager at PATCH Hawai'i, which sponsors 143 family child care homes across the islands of Oahu, Kauai, Maui and the Big Island. She is responsible for monitoring visits on Oahu and also provides annual in-person training on each island. Keala credits PATCH's success to the comprehensive technical assistance they provide and the respectful way it is delivered. She believes that if the providers are happy, it is ultimately the children who will benefit.
