I was frequently bullied in my school days, they used to call me ugly and skeleton. Then one day I decided to stay strong and believe in myself. Now as a beauty queen, I will like to tell our youth, especially those who are bullied, that everyone of you is beautiful and intelligent and you can always fulfill your goals and dreams by working hard staying strong and dedicated.

Repost: Sad truth

After having a child, I realized that, in the eyes of society, mothers can't:

- Complain (who told you to have kids? ))
- Cry (why are you crying? Did you think it was easy? ))
- Getting tired of what? You do nothing! ))
- Sleep (You're lazy! ))
- Rest (you'll have plenty of time for that after it grows up)
- Getting pregnant again (are you crazy? ) How many more kids will you want?
- Quitting work (how will you support your child? ))
- Work (who will take care of their child? ))
- Leave them at the nursery (Let others raise them!!)
- Being a housewife (Poor husband, works too hard and his wife stays at home!!)
- Being single (nobody wants a woman with kids)
- Going out for fun (leave son with grandma for fun).

And you know it's worse???
90 % of these phrases are spoken by other women.

Let's learn to be more supportive of each other.

Children are Love ♥️
Happiness doesn't result from what we get, but from what we give. I thank God for giving me this wonderful opportunity to serve, to give hope and to share some blessings. It was a joy to see their happy faces as we distributed the surprise gifts, feeding program, and children songs.
To all the people, volunteers, and my family a big thank you to all of you! May God bless us all. Till our next mission. To God be the glory and honor.

Today is
Mental Health represents health of our feelings, thoughts and our actions which in turn reflect our psychological, emotional and social well-being.
Any disturbance in these areas not only can affect our mental health but also physical health.

Now a days due to COVID and it’s economical, physical, and social impact on our lives, we are faced with more challenges than ever before.
Although we can not avoid challenges but we can prepare ourselves to face them.
I have found these to be very helpful.

Positive attitude
Regular bonding with family
Regular Exercise
Good Eating habits
Good sleeping habits
Never be afraid to ask for help from your family, friends or healthcare providers if you feel overwhelmed

Wishing you blessed World Mental Health Awareness day 🌎

I don't know who needs to hear this, but you're not any less of a mother just because you:

- chose not to breastfeed
- aren't able to breastfeed
- are a single mom
- get overwhelmed with things
- have a fussy baby
- have a special needs baby
- are suffering from things that are beyond your control
- etc.

You're all beautiful and your babies are lucky to have you as their mothers.
Children are a life changing adjustment and we're all doing the best we can 💜
Just breathe and take it day by day, Mamas.
We've got this 💜

You Are Loved Foundation for Postpartum Depression

Welcome to “ You are Loved Foundation for Postpartum Depression”, a foundation which address the awareness, cause and treatment of postpartum depression as well as realtors issues mainly drug abuse. Postpartum depression is real and it has taken many lives. Although drug abuse can compound the problem, it is independently a very serious problem that our society is facing today.

Postpartum depression effects almost women. It is very disabling for women who suffer postpartum depression. There is low self esteem. There is worthlessness. There is isolation from friends and family. There is no enjoyment in pleasurable activities. Finally if not treated, it may lead to suicidal ideas and actual su***de. The good news is that person can heal from it. I myself went through it and fortunately my family understood what I was going through. With their support and by bringing positivity in my life, I am a happy person today.

Many women don’t come out because of fear of backlash. This fear is unfounded. There is help and there is bright light at the end tunnel for every woman who is suffering from Postpartum depression. Very soon I will be holding our first seminar with with speakers who are expert in the field. I encourage you to join. There is no fee.
