HBL Dirt

HBL Dirt HBL dirt is a chapter of the Hawai'i Bicycling League. The Oahu Mountain Bike Ohana (OMTBO) is a Mountain Biking Club in Oahu, Hawaii.

The mission of HBL dirt is to advocate for the creation of fun, safe, and permanent off-road cycling facilities and to make off-road bicycling more approachable and accessible to everyone.
