Need another reason to dislike plastic pollution? How's this - new research shows that airborne microplastics can create more clouds in the sky. 😭

Two teams of researchers collected and tracked the origin of cloud water from mountain summits "thought to have come from our emissions or been carried up from the sea’s surface." As these microplastics float through the atmosphere and mix with air pollution and UV radiation, they are chemically altered, improving their ability to encourage cloud formation.

Service members and veterans often experience mental health disorders. From seeing a friend lose their life on the battle field, to returning home with TBI, to simply missing their family and being away from home for years at a time, our service members and veteran’s mental health isn’t always prioritized. So often the focus is on their time in service, rather than receiving continual care when they return home. Although evidence-based treatments exist to help service members and veterans, many do not seek treatment for mental health concerns (Hoge et al., 2004). If they do seek treatment, they may not receive evidence-base treatments, wish to receive them, or benefit from these treatments. ***de
