Cheers to a new year of AAF Hawai‘i!

Last night we celebrated the installation of our 2026–2027 AAF Hawai‘i and Ad 2 Hawai‘i boards alongside our friends from District 13.

Mahalo to Anthology FINN Partners for hosting us, and to everyone stepping up to serve, connect, and strengthen Hawai‘i’s advertising community.

Time to celebrate! 🎉

Join Ad 2 Hawai‘i and AAF Hawaii our final Pau Hana of the term as we come together to celebrate the accomplishments, connections, and community built throughout the year.

We’ll also be closing out this term’s ADvise Mentorship Program, with mentors and mentees sharing reflections of the experiences, lessons, and relationships that made the program so meaningful.

This event is open to EVERYONE—not just ADvise participants.

CONGRATULATIONS to our two Shining Star Scholarship Winners, Samantha Guinto from UH Manoa and Kassidy Lyons from UH West Oahu!

Samantha Guinto: "This scholarship is more than recognition, it is a reminder that my passion for marketing and storytelling has purpose. I am incredibly grateful to be supported in turning my ideas into impact."

Kassidy Lyons: “This scholarship means everything to me because it carries my grandfather’s dream. He never got to see me finish school, so I will graduate for him, for our lāhui, and for every Native Hawaiian story that deserves to be told. I will continue to tell his story, and the stories of our people, for as long as I am able.”

The American Advertising Federation (AAF) Hawaii 2026 “Shining Star” Scholarship is now accepting applications! The scholarship is open to current full-time students of a Hawaii college or university and majoring in advertising or an advertising-related field such as Graphic or Web design, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, etc.🙌

⭐️ First place winner will receive a one-time scholarship of $2,000 to be used towards school-related expenses.�
⭐️ Second place winner will receive a one-time scholarship of $800 to be used towards school-related expenses.
