Since 1981, we’ve inspired over 1 million kids to become future environmental leaders. Hawaii Nature Center is an environmental education nonprofit campuses on Maui and Oahu. We connect students with nature using environmental science curriculum. We inspire them, as well as their parents, families and teachers, a deeper appreciation for the environment. By fostering a respect for nature, we are confident that children will grow into environmental stewards and impress upon future generations the importance of protecting our planet.

Keiki and their families hit the trails at Hawaiʻi Nature Center this weekend for the Rainforest Ramble Run, a fun, educational event hosted in partnership with the Hawaiian Ultra Running Team (HURT) that brought keiki and the ʻāina closer together.

Mahalo to Hawaiian Ultra Running Team - HURT, Please Come Again, Patagonia and Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children for helping make this special day possible.
