🏮The 13th Annual Mō‘ili‘ili Summer Fest was held on Saturday, July 4, 2026 as we returned home to the Waiānuenue ma Kapa’akea Parking Lot (Old Varsity Building Parking Lot & Coyne St.)

This year marked a special homecoming as the festival returned to where it all began, transforming the streets of Mōʻiliʻili into a vibrant gathering place filled with music, dancing, food, shopping, and community connection.

Thousands gathered in a circle of remembrance and celebration, dancing alongside family, friends, and neighbors in a tradition that has united generations for more than a century. Blending the spirit of Obon with the energy of a modern street festival, Mōʻiliʻili Summer Fest has become one of Hawaiʻi's most anticipated summer traditions, drawing more than 10,000 attendees each year.

Mō‘ili‘ili community organizations including Kamehameha Schools, Moiliili Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, Japanese Cultural Center of Hawai'i, Moiliili Community Center, and other community groups come together to create this unique community gathering.

Mahalo to this year's sponsors, partners, supporters for your support! Also, thank you to all of the participating food, retail and informative vendors for making this year's festival a success!

The Mō‘ili‘ili Summer Fest is put on by Mō‘ili‘ili Festivals, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
