Meet Leia ! Because of First Hawaiian Bank's dedication to our Fellows program, 17 remarkable students like Leia are being equipped to lead Hawai‘i into the future. CTL Fellows is our advanced leadership program for select seniors from both public and private schools. Fellows have the opportunity to learn from C-suite community leaders and give back to Hawai'i through work on projects that have an island-wide impact.🌺

Over the next couple of months, our alumni will step into internships, build real-world experience, deepen their leadership, and explore what it means to create a future for Hawaiʻi. Through hands-on opportunities and CTL field trips, they’ll grow not only as professionals, but as leaders rooted in purpose and place.
