The Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii’s Young Professionals program is a meaningful networking group of dedicated, talented young professionals ranging in age from 21-39. The Young Professionals (YP) program, established by the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii in 2011, is a meaningful networking group comprised of approximately 200 talented and dedicated young professionals between the ages of 21-39. The pr

ogram offers opportunities for young business leaders to exchange ideas and engage in professional development workshops and share common interests, while getting an insider’s view of Hawaii’s dynamic business scene. As the leading resource for young business professionals in Hawaii, the YP program serves to develop future leaders and build relationships that positively impact Hawaii’s business community and economy.

As a young professionals (21-39), you have the opportunity to provide guidance and mentorship to an up-and-coming high schooler this semester. The requirements are simple:
✅ Advise 1-2 students
✅ Dedicate minimum 2 hours per month from September 2026 - December 2026
✅ Meet with student(s) twice per month
