Ok this lil girl is being fostered via another rescue by my recommendation of the foster. She cannot keep her because of her separation anxiety so if you want to jump on applying for the pup please go to their website and apply. Tell them you were referred by the dachshund rescue group.

Tootsie, 5 1/2 yrs old, 16 lbs. Had several litters. Fixed 8/15/26. Great with other dogs (not sure about kids) and loves people. Loves to snuggle. She has bad separation anxiety, will cry and bark if you are in another room too long. It's best if she has a family with someone who is home all the time and in a house. She prefers puppy pads over grass, has some skin issues, and is a little over weight.

UPDATE: Well we got him safe at HHS this morning so he will stay there after the storm, get his medical clearance and transfer to us, then go to his new home! He is a sweet boy who loves attention. He seemed so happy to have Sheri and her husband loving on him. Thanks again to all those who reached out to rescue him. It take a village! (Don’t even get me started on the bite marks on his ears….)

UPDATE: we have a transport Sheri and foster Di set up. He is going for his medical check first this week and then hopefully to his happy senior home❤️ thanks everyone for all your help! Lynn and everyone who messaged!

I badly need someone on the westside to pick this baby up and transport him to Ewa HHS for his medical check! Can some go pick him up? Please message me.

Update: no answer as to what became of this pup.

This baby lost her pawrents.

Hey. Wondering if can post. found this sweet baby girl this morning Kaneohe boat ramp. No microchip. Malnourished. Over heating. Did anyone recently dump her? If so, would love info on her. She’s a sweetheart and very well behaved. Took her vet and gave her medicine and food.

Well, just as I suspected, the organization that so badly wanted us at their event was denied by Parks and Rec permitting. Funny how HHS can get a permit but no one else can for dog events. Brada brada. Oh well. Not to dismay. We will have it in fall as usual. I have a couple options for venue. Stay tuned in a few months. Sorry everyone we tried. 😞

Baby looking for home. 5 years old. Message if interested.

Help us find a new home for Ella!
Ella is a sweet, friendly dog looking for a loving new home. She is great with small children and has a gentle, affectionate personality. She loves snacks, attention, going on walks, and being around people.

She is microchipped, neutered, and has had one round of shots. She is not house trained.

Unfortunately we are moving to the mainland and I am also allergic, and made the difficult decision to rehome her. We really want to find Ella a safe and caring family where she can be loved and given the time she deserves to thrive.

Parks and Rec denied us sorry 😞

Well, it looks like we have an offer to do a wiener derby on Fourth of July at Kapiolani Park! I am still getting details but it is July 4th and I was told tonight to start getting dogs! Anyone interested? Putting it out now and will have more details like time and registration. But let me know if you’re interested!

Also, we are still figuring out the visitation at the veteran home. More to be revealed.
