Tanya’s journey is the very heart of what we do. She once participated in our PAES (Practical Assessment Exploration System) program — building skills, exploring career pathways, and discovering her strengths through hands-on learning.

Today, she’s not just a graduate of PAES — she’s a leader. As Morning Supervisor, Tanya now supports participants walking the same path she once did, offering guidance, encouragement, and firsthand understanding of what’s possible.
