When people hear the word “accessibility,” they often picture a wheelchair ramp. But accessibility goes far beyond physical spaces.

It’s how we communicate, how we design technology, how we build workplaces, and how we create opportunities for everyone to participate.

The best accessibility often goes unnoticed because it’s built into the experience from the beginning. From captions on videos to accessible websites and inclusive hiring practices, thoughtful design makes life easier for more people than we often realize.

For RMH, our AU members provide real, meaningful help shredding and sorting documents so their staff can stay focused on supporting families in need. For our members, it’s so much more than a task. It’s a chance to show up, learn, and grow.
